after working with bt, I NOW ...

“…know what values I hold that are most important to me.”

“…have new ideas to utilize with my team and coaching staff.”

“…feel as if I was pulled out of my shell… If I can interact with strangers, I most certainly can do it with people that I am more familiar with.”

“…think more about the positive things that I do.”

“…understand why it’s important to lead and how to be a better leader. I now want to be a leader.”

“…see and understand how my teammates are different than me and I can now communicate with them better.”
